The six documents that govern Offpeek: what the service does, what it charges, and what happens to the data you send it.

  1. Terms of ServiceThese terms govern your use of Offpeek. By creating an account or receiving a recovery campaign through the service, you agree to them.Last updated: 1 October 2026
  2. Enterprise TermsThese terms apply to groups, chains, franchise networks and their agencies contracting with Offpeek under an order form or master services agreement — including where you take API access, group-level forecasting, offer recommendations or consolidated reporting.Last updated: 1 October 2026
  3. Privacy PolicyOffpeek helps a business recover appointments that would otherwise expire unsold. To do that, we process booking records the business already holds about its own customers.Last updated: 1 October 2026
  4. Payments & FeesOffpeek charges 5% of measured recovery — the incremental value of visits that were actually attended, proven against a randomly selected hold-out group — plus 2% of the value of bookings taken through the Offpeek booking layer, where a business adopts it.Last updated: 1 October 2026
  5. Data ProcessingThese terms apply where Offpeek Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a merchant or enterprise customer. They form part of our Terms of Service and Enterprise Terms, and they are made under the DIFC Data Protection Law, which requires a written agreement between a controller and a processor and sets out what it must contain.Last updated: 1 October 2026
  6. Cookie PolicyWe use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the application secure. Those are required for the service to work.Last updated: 1 October 2026
