4. 04Payments & FeesOffpeek charges 5% of measured recovery — the incremental value of visits that were actually attended, proven against a randomly selected hold-out group — plus 2% of the value of bookings taken through the Offpeek booking layer, where a business adopts it.Last updated: 1 October 2026
5. 05Data ProcessingThese terms apply where Offpeek Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a merchant or enterprise customer.
